INFINITI CONFIRMS DEBUT IN BRAZIL IN 2014

Within two years, plus a premium brand will operate in Brazil. The Infiniti confirmed today (24/11) which will sell its models in the country from the second half of 2014. The vehicles will disembark here JX and FX crossovers. The first version has a 3.5 V8 engine with 325 hp and 390 hp 5.0 V8 in the United States, while the second, with seven seats, booster receives the 265 hp 3.5 V6. The Infiniti has not detailed settings that come here. Another car portfolio will be a sport sedan still undisclosed.


Initially, the company will open two outlets, in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Until 2017, the expectation is that the network be expanded to the states of Santa Catarina and Paraná.Called Infiniti Centre, will have lounge spaces and gallery, plus sophisticated showroom to serve customers. "We are happy to enter the Brazilian market, as we know that consumers are hungry for differentiated and premium brands," said Johan de Nysschen, president of Infiniti worldwide.
