PEUGEOT LAUNCHES SPECIAL VERSION 408 : The French carmaker Peugeot announced the launch of special series for the Limited model 408. The main difference is the media center, since the midsize sedan also keeps the 2.0-liter flex-fuel engine and 151 hp of maximum power, sequential automatic transmission and six airbags.
The center, which is located in the central panel of the car, has a seven-inch screen touchscreen. From this it is possible to monitor, among other functions, access the navigation system (GPS), turn the camera aft or watch digital TV.
Other standard features are air conditioning bi-zone with air vents for the rear seats, ABS brakes, seats with leather upholstery, trip computer, automatic lighting of headlights, alarm, windshield wiper with rain sensor, electric sunroof, electric-hydraulic steering, front fog lights, cruise control with speed limiter, electrochromic rearview parking sensor and rear.
According to the automaker, 200 units are now available for sale. A special series comes to the network of dealerships for U.S. $ 64,990.
