A car enthusiast does not want to get to the racetrack? When I got an offer

to attend one day Renault Sport Line at Sachsenring, I do not think twice.

Friday afternoon I walked to the Hohenstein-Ernstthal, which adapts

beautifully situated pretty good track mountain environment.

When the day this song is not about the best time for hunting or for some

kind of race against each other. It is rather a regular meeting held by

drivers who are addicted to Renault Sport models. Since the beginning of

Renault RS model even in the smallest model of the Twingo and Clio, the

field began to be marked by a varied mix of their "race dwarf" little was

created, which obviously can not be underestimated. Next to them but also

top compact models such as the Renault Megane RS 250 hp.

The first meeting

Saturday morning began with a briefing by 8:45 am the first driver at the

Sachsenring. Right after that I got to know my car for the day: a Renault

Clio RS. This tiny Runabout is powered by 2.0 liter engine with 201 hp and

turns into a real driving machine that accelerates in just 6.9 seconds from

zero to one hundredth

Externally, we see Rennsemmel sporting genes of almost. Appearance looks

more hypothermia and somewhat shy. Only a small air vents in front fenders

and rear diffuser have been revised with two tailpipes externally placed

left side of the abbreviation "RS" on the lattice shows that it is not

about conventional 1.2-liter Clio.

Once in the interior, you can not really decide whether this set is more

sporty or casual. Just one glance at the steering wheel, which is marked

with a few details that dynamic, as distinguished, for example yellow

contrast stitching at the highest point on the rim, showing ambition poison

dwarf.

Optional Recaro bucket seats, which unfortunately is not built into my Clio

changes, but first impressions really do not look sporty. Also, the

speedometer and tachometer screams out for sportsmanship - so this is in

the style of Ferrari in yellow and marked by large, well-read numbers.
